It could be biscotti but that doesn’t fold over – it’s a hard and dry type of cookie. It might be a cannoli which fold over and are dusted with icing sugar but they aren’t a cookie/biscuit. These are filled with a custard type filling.
FYI: there are over 83 traditional Italian cookies available so perhaps you could visit an Italian bakery. I’m sure they’d know straight away.
