Your diet at the moment seems pretty erratic. The breakfast is good but having sugary (even natural sugars from apples) snacks can make your energy levels soar and then dip mid-morning so that you actually eat more. Just try eating three square meals a day. You’ll snack less and probably won’t need to do anymore excercise. It works for me.
