That is not good for you at all! You need to stay balanced with your food and don’t overload on the bad stuff. That would be a lot healthier than eating a bunch of stuff at one time.

I am positive you did not eat 15,000 calories! I am sure you are just freaking out. Try to eat more even if its a couple almonds or a bowl of oatmeal during the day so you dont get to that point of hunger. It is totally within reach to maintain a low bodyweight and still eat – just not alot.
