Yes, you can freeze them. I freeze cookies all the time when I am doing my holiday baking because I don’t want to wait until the last minute to bake 6 different kinds of cookies.

Make sure you use small FREEZER zip lock bags. Only put in as many cookies as you want to eat in a day or a week. Make many small bags instead of one big one.
When you put them in the bag, do your best to get as much air out as possible.
Later, after frozen, you might find you like to eat some frozen! If not, it’s best to let them thaw inside your fridge, not the counter.

yes you can freeze any cookie dough just be careful and don’t leave it there for too long
